Uniforms for 2017-2018
Parents should have received an email about an updated uniform policy this week. Students must purchase skirts, uniform shirts, and the assembly dress sweater from Parker School Uniforms. Parker's annual sale occurs in June—don't miss it! Only black flats and athletic shoes will be accepted. Outerwear will be restricted to four options, which may be purchased in the Spirit Store. Questions? Contact Elaine Eichelberger.
Parking Permits for 2017-2018: NEW DATE
Parking permits will be sold to rising seniors and rising juniors beginning Thursday, June 1, 2017. All students parking on campus must have their vehicles registered with the business office and display a valid SAA parking permit. There will be no assigned parking for 2017-2018, but all parking passes will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be limited parking available due to the construction of our new Student Life Center, beginning June 2017. If any remaining parking spaces are available, rising sophomores may purchase parking permits beginning Monday, August 7, 2017. Please click here to read the parking rules and regulations. SAA students are not allowed to park at Strake Jesuit. Students parking at SJ will be in violation of our parking policy and detentions will be issued.
Book Buyback and Rental Book Check-in Event
Follett will hold their annual Buyback event 8 a.m - 1 p.m. Friday, May 26 in the auditorium foyer. Any books bought back by Follett from St. Agnes families stay in the SAA “pool” of books and will be made available next year to our families at a lower used book price. All rental books are due back to Follett by early June. Check in these books in-person at the buyback event or login to your bookstore account for further instructions. The booklist for next fall will be posted in mid-July after course scheduling has been completed. For more information, visit the bookroom online.
From the Nurse's Office
Please collect any personal medications that are stored in the nurse's office by the last day of finals, May 26. Nothing can be left in the nurse's office over the summer. Any medications, epi-pens, or medical supplies left behind will be discarded after May 26.
Give That Uniform Another Four Years of Sisterhood

We will only accept the oxford blouses, skirts, and sweaters. White polo shirts are not accepted. Please drop off your uniform donations in the rotunda with Betty Hale at the attendance desk.
Textbook Donations Welcome
Please consider donating your current year textbooks back to SAA for families in financial need. We are accepting current approved textbooks at the attendance desk in the rotunda through final exams, ending Friday, May 26.

- Senior Final Transcripts
We will be sending one final transcript per student to their final choice of schools in early June. We have also asked the seniors if they need a transcript for summer classes and if they need a final transcript for sorority recruitment. Those students needing a transcript for rush will be able to pick that transcript up from the front office with Martha McLendon after June 9, 2017.

I want to extend my heartful appreciation to all of the ladies who volunteered this year for the Mothers’ Club. We would not have been able to accomplish what we did without your committed efforts to make each and every event a success. It has been my pleasure to work with you and get to know each of you. As many of you have heard me say time and time again, volunteering at St. Agnes is the best way to feel connected to the school and become a part of this wonderful community. Be on the lookout this summer for a description of the many events the Mothers’ Club is in charge of, and you will have the opportunity to sign up to help with these events at the Welcome Coffee on Wednesday, August 16, 2017.
